Say A Prayer For Pastor Paul Adefarasin – Who Doesn’t Collect A Kobo In ‘Offering’ For The Experience

If you have attended The Experience ever before, you know it is a massive undertaking – in excellence.

The music is excellent, the stage and lights are excellent, the seating is excellent, the welfare is excellent, the logistics and protocol are excellent, the everything is excellent.

It’s a massive investment of cash, people and resources-generale for an event that brings together at least 500,000 people each year for the past 7 years (it’s 11 years now in all).

And that’s all thanks to the massive, take-no-prisoners vision of the resident overseer of the House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin.

Last year, in the middle of the entire experience, Pastor Paul came on stage, and he looked positively exhausted and chastened (the kind of look of a man who has given a thing all that he has and can see it come to pass, and then he will pay the remaining bills after) and you had to respect him.

If this were a secular event, we would ask: What’s the business model?

The event doesn’t take an offering, in any way or form, even though it parades an array of pastors who know how to bring that money raining down from pockets.

It maintains the purity of what is actually a gift to Nigeria’s Christians every year. Nothing else comes close, for what is actually the most important part of being a Christian.

And for that, Pastor P we say a big thank you. Are you going for this year’s experience?experience12
